Our shipping rates are dependent on the delivery service selected, and the city/state your order is being shipped to, unless there is an option for free shipping. Some rates are flat-rate.

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery for the address entered. If you think that your package has been misplaced contact us. We will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information.
Refused Delivery or Cancellations
